A:If  your property is placed for sale at the market price, it should sell within six months.

Q: How long will the legal process take once a buyer is found?

A: On average it takes 90 days from the date a Power of Attorney is issued to your representative. It can complete sooner if you are willing travel to Bulgaria yourself

Q: Do I need to give Appreciating Assets my Power of Attorney?

A: No, you can issue your Power of Attorney to any lawyer you choose.

Q: What is the cost of the legal work for my sale?

A: If your property is one the Premium listing with Appreciating Assets, you will not be charged for the legal work. If you opted for the Free listing, it will be €300. Should you wish to appoint an alternative lawyer it will cost between €500 and €1,000.
