Due to the high demand from our existing clients we are very pleased to expand our services in Bulgaria to include property rentals.

 

While a number of management companies in Bulgaria already offer rental services to owners and in many cases these services are excellent, we do feel that there is always room to improve and as such we have created solid working relationships with Tour Operators and Travel Agencies throughout Europe and Russia.

 

These relationships allow to secure booking early in the year for the next season and this in turn allows us to inform the owners earlier as to the level of occupancy secured at any time.
