Russian Property Exhibitions

Our agents will be attending two Russian Overseas Property Exhibitions in Russia during March.

The first of which will take place this week in Moscow from the 6th to the 8th.

With a population of 11.5 million, Moscow has an ever growing number of people trying to find a holiday home to escape to.

The second will take place in St. Petersburg on the 29th and the 30th.

St. Petersburg is Russia's second largest city and has a population of 4.8 million people. It is not an accident that property exhibitions are held here.

Recent data shows that incomes in St. Petersburg are rising at the same rate as those in Moscow but living costs remain lower, giving people there a greater amount of disposable income which is an  ideal setting to sell investment and lifestyle properties.

While these exhibitions have always proved to be a great source of  Russian Buyers seeking to invest in Bulgaria, last year we also saw an increase in the number of enquiries we received for properties in Spain, Portugal and Turkey.

Over 50 of the  properties we sold during 2012 were as a direct result of the Russian  Buyers our agents met during these Property Exhibitions.
