The apartment is located on the 4th Floor with an excellent balcony and views. The development is fully furnished and ready for you to have a wonderful holiday or investment return. You will notice the development has all the features for an amazing holiday.

The Apartment is fully fitted out with all conveniences from a fully furnished kitchen with washing machine, with the the adjacent dining area with wooden table and chairs along with matching coffee table and TV stand in the rest of the open-plan living space, all show that some thought was put into colour co-ordination of the furniture pack that comes with this property. 

The Bedroom exhibit the same level of detail with a large double bed surrounded by two-tone (this time dark top, lighter below) wooden bedside cabinets, matching headboards and of course other similar free-standing bedroom furniture such as dressers, drawers and wardrobes, all retaining a similar look and feel.

Next if we look at the bathroom we see normal standard-looking white porcelain sinks, toilets etc., contrasting the large feature corner shower cubicle with curved glass doors, as well as the clever use of dark versus light wall tiles on adjacent walls, plus there is a different floor tile used too.

Yassen Holiday Complex

The Yassen Holiday Village is located 300 metres from the coast and a 5-minute walk from the centre of the Sunny Beach resort. It offers a pool and guarded parking at a location nearby. All apartments are air-conditioned and have a kitchenette and a balcony. Wi-Fi is available in each apartment for a modest fee. A restaurant serving tasty Bulgarian and international cuisine and a supermarket are located on site. For the kids there is a shallow pool and a playground. 

Various excursions can be booked at the reception Unique of its location, at 70 m. only from the sea, located in a quiet place and surrounded by vegetation. The complex is surrounded by green area what guarantees peaceful stay. Swimming pool for adults and children, playground, Mini-market, and parking.

A restaurant serving tasty Bulgarian and international cuisine and a supermarket are located on site. Several other restaurants and bars can be found within a walking distance.

For the kids there is a shallow pool and a playground. Various excursions can be booked at the reception. On request, a shuttle service to and from Bourgas Airport 35 km away can be organised.

The ancient town of Nesebar is 7 km away. St Vlas Marina, featuring many beach bars, can be reached within a 6-minute drive.
