Firstly, on a price per square metre basis this property represents good value at around 480 euros per square metre (that is less than 45 euros per square foot). Secondly, this is as the title above states a ground floor property which is highly desirable for those ski holidaymakers, not having to lug ski gear and equipment up and down staircases or in elevators. Thirdly, although this ski resort complex is quite large, it is also widely distributed over a large area, so much so that each floor of each building typically houses just 3 apartments and ground floor properties like this have immediate access to the gardens and outside as well as a beautiful stone terrace (that matches the stone cladding on the lower exterior of each building) that would also be wonderful to use in summer as well as the winter ski season. Also one should bear in mind the huge array of facilities and amenities that this Apart-hotel complex has to offer - see below for details. As far as the interiors are concerned, we include some generic pictures, so one can see that the inside of the apartments is both cosy and stylish given the extensive use of darker wooden fixtures and fittings, from doors and frames to kitchen cabinets. The kitchenette is part of the main living space and is functional and compact, designed for preparing light meals and snacks and not to take up too much of the TV/living room. There is also a wooden dining table plus matching chairs and the rest of the living space is used for sofa, armchair, coffee table and TV stand. What is a nice feature of these apartments on the ground floor is the large window (with curtains of course for privacy) but also the large double-glazed patio door to the outside terrace. The bedroom retains the warm ambience with double bed and wooden headboard, along with matching wooden closet, dresser and bedside locker. The bedroom also enjoys a lot of natural light thanks to the large windows too. Finally, there is the beige/cream coloured (so totally neutral tones) tiled bathroom with full bathtub. As our photographs show, these apartments have great bathrooms and essential for winter holidaymakers. Finally, suffice it to say that with the use of a sofa-bed this property can easily cater for up to 4 adults or a small family.
