This property measures approximately 79 square metres in terms of internal floor space which is reasonably spacious as far as 2-bedroom apartments along the Black Sea coast are concerned. There is a basic furniture pack in place as this property is essentially a re-sale that was bought and not used, so condition is excellent. The décor is deliberately totally neutral as a consequence, so white walls, along with the wood-effect laminate flooring makes for a bright and spacious feel. There is a fully-fitted kitchen with all of the modern conveniences that the most demanding of holidaymakers would require as well as plenty of space for the dining area with table plus matching chairs. We include some sample photographs of similar apartments in this building. The rest of the living room area is quite basic with sofa, coffee table plus TV stand, so ready to move into and have the new prospective owner place their own distinctive mark on this property. There is of course a fully-tiled bathroom with glass corner shower unit, as well as sink and toilet. Both bedrooms are roomy, one with double bed, locker and free-standing closet, the other with two separate single beds. Finally, there is a rectangular balcony accessible from the main living space. This is an attractively priced 2-bed holiday apartment close to the beach in a busy holiday resort location,, especially when viewed on a price-per-square metre basis, that is close to original build cost, thereby offering good value to potential investors today or indeed to any family seeking an affordable holiday home.
Apartment complex Blue Summer is located in the central part of the famous Bulgarian summer resort - Sunny Beach. It is only a kilometre away from the beach and 400 metres from the main bus station of the resort. To get to complex Blue Summer from Varna continue forward to Burgas after you enter Sunny Beach and turn left about 650 meters after the aqua park. Continue 400 metres and take right. Keep straight ahead another 650 meters and you will see the complex on your right hand side. Approaching from Burgas keep the road to Varna and take right at the crossroad with the road to the village of Tankovo. Then in 240 meters turn left and you will see complex Blue Summer after another 400 meters forward.
Distance to Burgas and Varna airports: both airports are offering flights year-round but the Burgas airport is most preferred to Sunny Beach visitors as it is closer to the resort. It is 25.2 kilometres away from complex Blue Summer while the airport of Varna is 103 kilometres away from complex. Since many holiday villages and hotels in Sunny Beach now offer free airport transfers to their guests you batter check for such an option before spending money on taxi services.
The cheapest airport transfer to Complex Blue Summer by taxi would be from the Burgas airport as it is the nearest one and the bill would normally be around 22 Bulgarian Levs which is nearly 10 British pounds. Varna airport is not so close and a taxi from there would cost about 92 BGN (40 GBP). A good practice in Bulgaria is to always ask the taxi driver about the average cost of the entire trip and checking the fares written on the windshield label before getting into the car. Alternatively some drivers may ask you to pay a huge bill at the end which will definitely ruin the beginning of your vacation. Since there are too many hotels and holiday villages in Sunny Beach and plenty of new ones recently built when you get a taxi it may happen that the driver doesn't know the location of your destination.
However you can then let him enter the complex Blue Summer GPS coordinates which are North: 42 41.428 East: 27 42.227 in his Sat Nav device and he will get you strait to the place. Knowing the coordinates of the complex and the shortest directions to it will save you precious time and a large taxi bill at the end of the trip.

Sunny Beach is a bearer of the prestigious BLUE FLAG prize for proven ecological advantages along the Black Sea coast. This is one of the few places along the Black Sea coast where one can still see genuine well-formed sand dunes - the most beautiful ones are situated in the resort's southern part.
The combination of coniferous and deciduous forests with sea and beach, unspoiled nature make Sunny Beach holiday a true health holiday destination.
Bulgaria's Black Sea coast has a maritime climate. Summers are typically hot and dry, but rarely oppressive, with moderate, relative humidity. In the Black Sea coastal regions, including Bulgaria's Sunny Beach, Mediterranean influences temper the harsher continental climate of the rest of the country.
Locals say the area, particularly north of Sunny Beach, has a unique climate due to the combination of sea and mountain air, which they say is most favourable for people with asthmatic and respiratory conditions.
