As the apartment is on the lower floor of the building, this makes for a perfect family (especially those with children) holiday property, not just because of proximity to the swimming pool are as well as overlooking pool views (for safety as well as aesthetic reasons), but because parents can also keep an eye on their kids at play in one of the excellent playgrounds afforded by this development complex. All told, this is a spacious property in immaculate condition that is nicely furnished, yet cosy and is certainly capable of accommodating up to 6-8 persons (particularly when additional bedding is factored into the equation – either in the bedrooms or the use of a sofa-bed in the main living room), so this property has appeal to both the holidaymaker and the investment buyer in equal measure at this particular price point.
The complex is situated in Sunny Beach, The total area of the complex Cascadas amounts to 40,000 square metres thus framed, forms a small “town” with a well-designed infrastructure, providing a complete rest of owners’ of apartments and their guests and giving the opportunity to enjoy every minute of one’s holiday.
Cascadas is located just 500 metres from the magnificent beach nearby and is also in close proximity to Action Aqua Park.
