This is a lovely 2-bedroom property located on the second floor of this medium sized holiday development that is right next to the beach. Both bedrooms are double rooms, so this property can easily cater for 6 adults or a large family, especially when additional sofa-beds or air beds are utilised. The property itself is very modern and features a lot of tiled flooring including in all of the communal areas. The building is 7-storeys high (ground floor plus floors I to VI) and includes a basement garage area. The interior design is quite simple with an entrance hallway with first bedroom and bathroom off it, which then leads into the main open-plan living space, off of which is the second or master bedroom which enjoys it's own separate access to the large terrace or balcony area. The larger than normal balconies are definitely a feature of this particular development and are tiled and part-covered with low exterior walls, thus allowing for better views. The balcony view from this property is over the gardens and pool area. Careful attention has been paid with regard to the interior design such that floor space is maximised, thus the use of a drop-leaf dining table opposite the kitchen area that saves space when not in use. The kicthen is fully functional with washer/dryer, cooker, microwave and free-standing fridge freezer. All of the cabinets are styled in a two-tone wood effect that blend in nicely with the neutral background walls, as these walls are painted in white and the tiled marble-effect flooring compliments the kicthen units. The bedrooms on the other hand feature a much warmer and cosier wood-effect laminate flooring, complimented by darker wooden cabinets, bedside lockers, headboards and large free-standing closets - one with full length mirror doors. Another prominent feature of this apartment are the white painted interior panel doors. This is a very bright and clean looking property in immaculate condition and as the recent photographs show, it is a minimum fuss and easy to maintain holiday home. The bathroom is of a very high quality, fully-tiled and once again in completely neutral tile colours with a nice contrast between darker grey wall tiles with plain white tiles above. Finally, this is one of the larger units within this development and it enjoys a spacious terrace area with good views that is also quite private too, plus this property is perfect for prospective buyers with children as there is a very safe pool as well as gardens with dedicated childrens play area all within the vista of the overlooking balcony, not to mention of course direct access to the adjacent beach which is 1 km long and 100m wide and is considered to be one of the finest beaches along the Black Sea coast..

Pomorie was founded by the Ancient Greeks under the name Anchialos (Greek: Αγχίαλος), deriving from Ancient Greek "anchi-" ("near, close to") and "als-" (either "salt" or a poetic and uncommon word for "sea"). In Latin, this was rendered as Anchialus. The Bulgars called the town Tuthom, though it's more common name in Bulgarian was Анхиало, Anhialo based on the Greek name. During the Ottoman rule, the town was called Ahyolu. In 1934 the town was renamed to Pomorie, from the Bulgarian "po-" (in this context "by, next to") and "more" ("sea"), corresponding to one of the two etymologies of the original Greek name.
