As far as ski properties go, this 60 square metre 1-bed is quite spacious. We include several representative photographs of a typical 1-bedroom apartment at this resort. The hallway is tiled and includes a lot of storage space. The living area is bright and spacious and is furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, TV with TV stand and dining table for four. Both the sofa and the armchair in the lounge open up into beds. The kitchenette is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, two ring hob, extractor and everything one would need to prepapre light meals and snacks. The bedroom is beautifully furnished with a double bed, along with matching bedside lockers, wardrobe and dressing table with mirror. The bathroom is tiled in a pleasant two-tone colour and is well equipped with a sink, toilet and bathtub. The apartment has a small balcony, which is accessible from the living room and bedroom and offered magnificent mountain views. The addition of the balcony is great as it affords the owners the ability to both step outside as well as allowing plenty of fresh air into the property when required. The floors are with laminate and terracotta and heated by electric heaters mounted on the walls. All in all, this is a lovely warm and cosy ultra-modern property (thanks to the abundance of dark wooden features) and at this price point - approximately 500 euros per square metre - it offers fantastic value to the discerning prospective ski property owner, especially given the proximity to the ski gondola plus all the facilities and amenities on offer (see below) at this wonderful resort.
Alpine Lodge is a luxury gated complex set on the Ring road Yavor, 500 meters from the gondola lift.
