This property is in a development where the building is reminiscent of a Swiss-style chalet, so very picturesque indeed. This property is a nice size at 34.07 square metres internally, very much par for the course for your typical ski studio apartment. However, the asking price is very competitive on a price=per-sqaure metre basis - approaching that of new build cost today!. Condition throughout is immaculate and of course this property comes to the market fully-furnished and ready-to-use. To date, this property has had very little use having never been rented out, although clearly properties like these do make for good rental investment apartments. The internal decor is very trendy with a lot of wood featuring quite prominently, such as; wooden flooring and doors, as well as oak-style kitchen cabinets, wooden dining table and chairs and so on. Wall colouring is totally neutral at white or cream coloured. The bathrooms in this particular development are quite colourful and funky as one of our stock photos shows. What is really nice about this development is that it is not too big, yet retains some nice character whilst at the same time incorporating modern facilities like the indoor-outdoor (roll-top glass covered) swimming pool. This is a fantastic opportunity to pick up a great property in a cracking little development, at a very comptetitive price.

Bansko is Bulgaria's number one ski resort and has the longest ski and snow boarding season of all the Bulgarian ski resorts, which runs from the 15th December - 15th April. The town of Bansko is located 925 metres above sea level and the skiing area is at 2000-2600 metres. The Pirin Mountains has a real alpine character and its highest peak in the area is Vihren at 2,914 metres. Although largely a ski resort, the local council has been very effective in developing the area as an all year resort. So whether you enjoy some of the activities listed or just relax in the comfort of our apartment you are guaranteed to have a memorable summer and winter break. The Pirin Mountains are rich in wildlife, flora and fauna. The valleys of the Struma and Mesta rivers ensure that the summer months are warm with the highest number of sunny days of any mountain area in the country. Pure water tarns and wildflowers abound in the highland valleys and the unique ecosystem is home to a number of rare plant species such as the Edelweiss. The beauty of the Pirin Mountains is why so many visitors are now experiencing them during the spring, summer and autumn months, with temperatures averaging 30 Celsius during the long summer months.
