This property is quite spacious when compared to most ski resort holiday homes, measuring some 58 square metres internally, plus it is located on the 4th floor which is a major consideration for many potential buyers. First and foremost this is a very smart and popular ski holiday resort with loads of amenities and top-class facilities (as our photographs clearly show e.g. solarium, sauna, jacuzzi, indoor pool etc.). When you purchase a property at Aspen Heights you are making a lifestyle choice, not just for the winter months and ski season, but also for the summer time too as there are plenty of hill/mountain/walking activities to engage in also, plus of course all of the health & fitness facilities that this resort provides. As far as the internal decor of this apartment goes, like its peers in the development, there are light wood-effect laminate floors throughout, contrasted by darker wooden doors and door frames alongside white or neutral coloured painted walls, all creating a thoroughly modern ambience. Aspen heights is very much an ultra-modern development and it shows both inside and outside. The bedroom also has a similar look and feel with a lot of wooden trim too. The bathroom uses nice contrasting (dark versus light) wall tiles and is fully-tiled from floor to ceiling, along with white wc sink and bathtub with integrated shower head. The kitchen maintains the look and feel of the rest of the property and is compact yet very functional and the units again make use of dark versus lighter wood cabinets complimented by stainless steel hob/oven, overhead extractor and of course the refrigerator. The main living space incorporating dining table and chairs as well as sofa and TV stand are all the epitome of simplicity - you could be forgiven when looking at this apartment for thinking that it has all the trademarks of an IKEA showroom! This is a fantastic resort development in a wonderful garden/mountain setting, now at a great price on a per square metre basis.
