As Ski resort holiday homes go, this property is quite spacious with approximartely 79 square metres of internal floorspace including not one but two bedrooms. Unlike the seaside resorts where upper floors often command a premium, here at the traditional ski resort, ground floor properties are highly sought after for obvious reasons (ski equipment etc.). So this property is perfect in this respect plus it also has a large patio of some 26 square metres (so picture 5m x 5m and you'll get a good feel as to how big that additional space is). Interior decor is quite bright and neutral in terms of both wall and floor colouring, plus the laminate wood-effect floors add warmth to the overall ambience. The kitchen cabinets too compliment the floor and walls and the kitchen is both compact and functional. Both bedrooms are well specified with beds, lockers, and wardrobes. What is really nice about Aspen Golf is the facilities and gardens that are unique and make this holiday resort attractive for all-year round use e.g. golf and hiking in the summer/spring and autumn months and then skiing during the snowy season. This is a great property in a really nice development, now representing tremendous value for money when looked at on a price per square metre basis (so close to build cost). Although this property has never been used and is thus being offered for sale unfurnished, to some potential buyers this is a plus factor as they pay a little less initially and may decorate to suit their own personal taste - for illustrative purposes we have show some photographs of adjacent apartmetns within the same development.
