My apartment is 106sq meters in size. It is on the third floor of the building, facing the sea There is a lounge, through kitchen fully equiped,balcony with sea view off. Utility area off kitchen, next to family shower room and wc.There are 2 bedrooms,both double and one with en suite shower and toilet facilities. Both bedrooms have sea views.Each apartment has an allocated parking space and storage unit underneath the building. There is a swimming pool and fitness suite on site,and it is in easy reach of the delightful facilities of St. Constantine itself. Though the apartment is lovely,the building is located next to a developement which has been abandoned after having the foundations excavated, and this is unsightly, though it has no adverse effect on the actual structure and safety. Hence the price is reasonable I think ,for the financial climate and location.Though I would consider sensible offers.
